As our Ambassador, you will be representing us in your respective geographies making hospital owners aware about the services we provide and ultimately helping us partnering with them. What is the Medisync Ambassador Program?

Medisync Ambassador Program is an opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals to leverage their experience and network to help Medisync in partnering with Hospitals in their geographies. You will be our eyes and ears in your geographies and help us in connecting with hospitals by pitching Medisync and our services to hospital owners.

Who is a Medisync Ambassador? What are his/her responsibilities?

Medisync ambassadors are our representatives in designated geographies. They are responsible for the discovery of leads (hospitals who may be interested in Medisync services), introduction of Medisync services to the hospital owners & deal closure in partnership with Medisync senior management. Medisync ambassadors are compensated with performance fees. They are supported with relevant sales materials (e.g. brochures, pitch decks, visiting cards) and trainings provided by Medisync. The ideal Medisync ambassador has a deep network within the hospital owner community & prior experience in selling to owners in their designated geographies.

How do I get paid after being an Ambassador?

An Ambassador is compensated every time he/she brings us a hospital and the hospital sign up for Medisync’s services. This is the compensation structure: 

      • INR 50,000 – For helping us in signing a hospital with last 6 months average revenue between 50 lacs to 1 crore
      • INR 75,000 – For helping us in signing a hospital with last 6 months average revenue between 1 crore to 1.5 crore
      • INR 1,00,000 – For helping us in signing a hospital with last 6 months average revenue above 1.5 crore

The Payment is released after Medisync receives the first month fees from hospital.

What is the duration of the Ambassador Program?

The duration of the program is 1 year which can be extended based on mutual agreement.

Is this a full-time job?

No this is not a full-time job. This is a services agreement and you are compensated based on the hospital leads brought by you who ultimately sign up with us.

Can I get my friends or colleagues to sign up for the Medisync Ambassador Program?

At Medisync we welcome everyone who can help us in partnering with hospitals and changing the healthcare ecosystem in India. You can refer your friends or colleagues to the program who have previous experience in healthcare, pitching to hospital owners and having good relations with Hospital Owners or key hospital stakeholders.

What happens if a hospital lead got converted which was brought by multiple ambassadors in the same geography? How does the finder’s fee is processed in that case?

The moment we get a hospital lead from Ambassador which includes details like hospital Beds, Owners Name, Average Revenue for last 6 Months and Owners appointments, then that lead belongs to this ambassador only and no other Ambassador will be considered for the same lead

When do I bring Medisync in the discussion with Hospital leads?

Medisync Ambassador has to pitch Medisync concept to the owner and if he/she is interested then he should fix appointment with Medisync Sales team to take it forward.

What do I do when I don’t have an answer to the questions of the Hospital owner?

We will provide you FAQ’s set, over and above these you will be provide a single point of contact from our sales team who will be available to resolve your queries.

I have a strong lead but the hospital owner is not responding. What do I do?

In this case, please share the Hospital details like, no of beds, Average gross 6 Months revenue, Owners name and Number and the reason for it being a strong lead. Medisync will try to connect with owner and take it forward and if we can close deal then finder fee will be applicable for same.

How much money per month can I make by being part of the Medisync Ambassador scheme?

Usually with help of Medisync Ambassadors we can close 2 – 3 Hospitals per month so that finder’s fee can range between 1 – 2 Lakh per month depending upon the Hospital size.

What kind of hospitals an Ambassador should look for in his/her geographies?

Please go through below points.

  • We partner with private multispecialty hospitals which are 30 beds plus. We do not target below 30 beds nursing homes 
  • We do not target large corporate chains nor large single centre corporate hospitals nor Government medical colleges

How do I generate leads?

Leads are generated through your knowledge of territory, your connections and relations with Hospitals and through your friends and family.

Who in the hospital should I speak to?

Preferably it is the Hospital Owner in case of large hospitals you can also reach out to CEO / Head Procurement / Head Marketing etc. Before lead is handed over to Medisync the owner should have been pitched and interested in our concept.

How should I introduce myself?

You should introduce yourself as a Medisync Ambassador to the hospital owners. In case you require visiting cards or brochures you can request your single point of contact.

What should I say in my first discussion with the hospital?

Medisync will train the Ambassadors on sales pitch deck. In first meeting you should introduce yourself as Medisync Ambassador and discuss more out Medisync Concept and same time getting more information about the Hospital and challenges they face like low occupancy, operational challenge, revenue growth challenges etc and propose Medisync as solution to overcome mentioned challenges. The Ambassador should also propose meeting in case if Owner is interested to have a meeting with Medisync Sales team.
